Submission procedure

The authors should submit their extended abstract(s) for a review. Authors will be notified about the results and in case of acceptance, they should submit the full paper for a review. The result of the full paper review will be sent to the authors. The authors of the accepted papers, who are registered for the conference, can present their contributions in NOLAMP16.

All submissions will undergo a blind review of the scientific committee of NOLAMP16.

Accepted papers will be published in Elsevier’s Physics Procedia. Physics Procedia is an e-only and open access platform that is focused entirely on publishing conference proceedings. Thanks to the fast dissemination offered by Physics Procedia conference delegates can publish their papers in a dedicated online issue on ScienceDirect, which is then made freely available worldwide.

Submission instructions

All submissions will be made electronically, through ConfTool conference administration system.

Extended abstracts should be submitted as plain text and should not exceed 200 words.

Submitted full papers (maximum of 8 pages), including the abstracts, should strictly follow the Physics Procedia author kit instructions for formatting: template.pdf, template.docm

The answers for some formatting issues can be found in FAQ.
